Our process begins with a free consultation, where we determine the current status of your operations and your property, your short and long term goals and objectives, and the key strengths and weaknesses we have to work with.

From this information, and historical utility information, GPS will make recommendations for target areas and possible improvements. We look at your property from several perspectives, including the operations, and the structure itself. Our goal is to find ways to increase your profits in the short and long term while helping to identify green alternatives.
