Build It Green (Certified Green Building Professional)
As green building becomes more popular, homeowners and those purchasing homes are looking for contractors, architects, engineers, specialty contractors, and real estate professionals who are qualified to provide green building services.
The Certified Green Building Professional (CGBP) training is open to all California building professionals involved in the design and construction of residential buildings, as well as to professionals that support and develop the market for green building.
LEED Accredited Professional
A LEED A.P. (“Accredited Professional”) must pass a rigorous exam that tests expertise in LEED and integrated design. LEED AP’s play an important role on the project team, and may be practicing architects, engineers, interior designers, or other professionals.
Building professionals who want a LEED® AP credential must first pass the LEED® Green Associate exam. This designation indicates a basic knowledge of green construction, operations, and building design. To continue in the LEED® credential program, there are various LEED® AP designations available for different specialty studies.
Bay Area Green Business Certified
The Bay Area Green Business Program verifies that businesses meet higher standards
of environmental performance. A partnership of government agencies and utilities helps local businesses comply with all environmental regulations and take actions to conserve

EcoWise Certified is an independent, third-party certification program that distinguishes knowledgeable, leading-edge licensed pest management professionals who practice prevention-based pest control.
QWEL Certified
QWEL is one of two approved US EPA WaterSense Irrigation Auditor certification programs in the nation, and was developed in cooperation with the California Landscape Contractors Association, Sonoma County Water Agency, City of Santa Rosa, Marin Municipal Water District and the colleges of Santa Rosa and Marin.

Bay-Friendly Landscape Professional
Bay-Friendly Landscaping is a whole systems approach to the design, construction and maintenance of landscapes to support the San Francisco Bay watershed by using these methods :

Green Plumbers USA Certified
GreenPlumbers USA is an innovative, national training and accreditation program that assists plumbers in understanding their role in the environment. The goal of the GreenPlumbers USA is that each plumber will be able to complement their considerable plumbing knowledge with a new awareness of the role that they play in energy and water conservation. The Accredited GreenPlumber is of more value to the customer because now their installation and analytical skills are matched with the motivation to further protect the customer through water and energy savings.
EcoBroker
EcoBroker offers education and tools to real estate professionals that in turn help consumers take advantage of energy efficiency and environmentally sensitive design in real estate properties. Through EcoBroker’s unique energy and environmental curriculum, real estate professionals acquire the knowledge and resources to become Certified EcoBrokers.
